Questions
Do I need Pro or Team to use Dispatch?
No. GitHub integration, managed agents with crash recovery, predictive routing v1, single-pass verification, and all local orchestration are free forever. Pro adds cloud models and adversarial verification. Team adds organization features on top of Pro.
How does team billing work?
Team is billed per seat at $50/seat/month with a minimum of 2 seats. Seats are prorated when added mid-cycle. Remove seats at any time and billing adjusts on your next invoice.
What's included in the Team plan?
Everything in Pro, plus: shared projects, team HITL review with assignment routing, organization settings, SSO via GitHub Organizations, audit log with export, per-member usage caps, admin dashboard, and Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) support.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes. Team plan includes Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) support. Add your own API keys for cloud model inference. BYOK usage is excluded from your team pool limits. Keys are encrypted at rest and never logged or returned after submission.
Does Dispatch support SSO?
Yes. Team plan includes SSO via GitHub Organizations. Members are auto-provisioned when they join your GitHub org and auto-deprovisioned when removed. SSO enforcement can be required for all org members.
What happens at the usage limit?
At 80% you see a warning. At 100%, requests auto-downgrade to a lighter model. You're never hard-blocked. Local agents are never affected. Team plans have a shared pool with per-member caps configurable by the admin.
Is my code sent to the cloud?
Only when you explicitly select a cloud model. Prompts are sent to Dispatch's cloud infrastructure for inference only. When cloud tool execution is enabled, workspace files are temporarily uploaded to an ephemeral environment and automatically deleted after the session. No content is logged, cached, or shared. Usage metadata only.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the app (Settings > Dispatch Pro) or from your account page. Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period. Team subscriptions can be cancelled by the org admin.
